Evil dragon has a warm heart

Dragon Sleep Continent has become desolate.

Yet, not completely desolate; as long as Amber Dreamscape is not stripped away, Dragon Sleep Continent can still maintain its ecology for another day.

"Dormant yet thriving, it’s hard to imagine where these creatures would go once Amber Dreamscape is stripped away and Dragon Sleep Continent is utterly desolate," Duke Elden Cyclowall lamented as he gazed at the distant forest.

"I have no specific plans, just waiting for the Heavenly Track to overlap and then to open the gate to another world, entering the Land of Starlight Eternal for direct exploration," Russell responded. "Courtesy before force, this was a strategy agreed upon at the establishment of the Amber Federation."

The Amber Federation learned from the failure of the Eternal Frost Star Plan and did not transmit energy early on to suppress the Land of Starlight Eternal.
