Rowan’s jaw tightened slightly at her words, because of how easily she disarmed him without even realizing it.

"What has gotten into you tonight?" he asked softly, almost to himself, his gaze searching her face as if trying to understand whether it was the wine or simply her heart speaking louder than usual.

"So don’t stop me," she said instead, meeting his eyes steadily, and before he could respond, her fingers slid up to his face, brushing gently along his stubble as if memorizing him through touch alone.

Then she leaned in and kissed him, slowly at first, but with a growing confidence that made his breath deepen as the moment shifted between them.

The kiss lingered and deepened, her movements deliberate yet uncertain in places, while Rowan’s hands instinctively came to rest around her waist, steadying her as she leaned further into him, his grip firm but careful as though reminding himself to remain in control.

Rosalind continued, her fingers tracing his chest as she kissed him again, and Rowan’s restraint began to thin as her closeness overwhelmed him in a way that made it difficult to think clearly.

When she finally broke the kiss, she didn’t pull far, instead trailing her lips along his jaw and then lower, along his neck, leaving slow, unhurried kisses that made his breathing grow heavier.

Rowan exhaled her name under his breath, his voice strained now, as she continued without hesitation, pouring all her focus into him as if she was determined to make him feel every bit of what she was giving.

Her hands moved to his shirt next, unbuttoning it slowly, one after the other, while she continued to kiss him, and Rowan’s own hands tightened slightly at her sides as he watched her undo the last button and push the fabric aside.

His bare chest met her touch, and Rosalind hesitated for only a moment before her fingers spread against his skin, feeling the warmth and tension beneath it.

Almost instinctively, she leaned down and kissed along his chest, slowly moving lower, and Rowan called her name again, more breathless this time, as she followed the path downward until she reached his stomach.

Her movements were careful but bold in their own way, and when she finally reached the edge of his trousers, her fingers hovered there for a moment as her heart beat faster, before she glanced up at him briefly as if silently asking permission without words.

Rowan’s gaze was already heavy, his restraint slipping further with every passing second, and Rosalind took that as all the answer she needed.

Slowly, she began to undo his belt, and the sound of it alone seemed to change the air between them, making Rowan exhale sharply as he realized exactly where this was heading, while Rosalind’s courage held firm even as her own breathing grew uneven.

Once she removed his belt, Rosalind stared at his hardness for a brief moment, her breath slightly uneven as she took in the sight before her.

"Rosalind," he called her name, but she did not respond as she began to stroke him gently under his trousers, just as he would often do to her.

Rowan’s lower half tensed under her touch, and he clenched his jaw tightly, realizing how deeply affected he was becoming.

Rosalind continued teasing him, feeling the firmness beneath her hands as her own heartbeat quickened. Slowly, she eased the zipper of his trousers down, and at once, his length was fully exposed before her.

Rosalind held her breath. She had never seen him like this so closely before.

He was always the one in control, always the one giving, and she had never fully understood what she herself had been taking until now.

A strange warmth pooled in her lower stomach as she studied him more closely, and then she reached out to touch him, causing him to twitch beneath her fingers.

"You’re doing this on purpose, aren’t you?" Rowan asked, his voice strained.

"Shh," she replied softly, and he threw his head back against the pillow with a low groan, clearly struggling to keep control.

She would be the end of him.

Rosalind reached out again, this time wrapping her hand around him, feeling his hardness against her palm as she began to move slowly.

He reacted immediately, his breath hitching, and Rosalind realized he liked it, so she continued, stroking him steadily while Rowan called her name again, his voice breaking slightly under the sensation.

"Rosalind," he groaned, his senses overwhelmed as she continued with a slow, deliberate rhythm that felt almost torturous.

Rosalind leaned in slightly as she kissed his shaft, and Rowan let out a deeper moan in response, confirming what she already suspected.

She kissed him again before licking gently across him, and Rowan’s control finally began to crumble. "Wife..." he called out, his voice completely wrecked now.

It felt as though she was deliberately undoing him piece by piece.

Rosalind then knelt by the bed between his legs, holding him with one hand before taking him into her mouth. Rowan moaned at the sensation.

For Rosalind, however, it was an entirely different experience, because it felt overwhelming and unfamiliar, yet the moment she heard his reaction, she was encouraged to continue.
