Asmodeus System: Stealing My Bully's Mother

Chapter 31: ³¹Subjugation of the Bloodhound

Chapter 31

The heavy tread of black dress shoes echoed loudly.

Ethan Valen had just stepped out of the Star Meditation Room, yet his soul remained trapped in a boiling vortex of fury. His eyes blazed with a dense crimson hue.

The air around him distorted. The veins in his neck bulged, holding back a lethal rage that was on the verge of exploding.

Sage Cornelius’s cold words had just crossed the absolute red line of his life.

"...I know exactly where your little sister is."

The young man halted his steps in front of a giant stained-glass window overlooking the academy courtyard. His hands clenched so tightly that his knuckles turned a deathly white.

If he allowed this fury to continue gnawing at him, he would descend to the bottom of the Dungeon in a careless, chaotic state.

He needed an outlet.

Ethan closed his eyes. He focused his consciousness on the invisible red threads within his core circuit. The threads connected directly to the Lust Brand on the bodies of the women he had marked.

Bypassing Isolde. Bypassing Kaelia. He focused his pull on one specific target.

Through the pulse of the spiraling black rose tattoo, Ethan sent out the instinctual call of a predator... to the she-wolf he had just collared.

At the same time, inside the Northern Faction Knight Headquarters, in the West Wing.

Valera Voss stood tall in a posture of absolute perfection behind Duke Alaric von Rosenberg.

The Duke—still wearing his white bear-fur cloak—was cursing out his shadow commanders. They were currently formulating a counter-plan following the humiliating incident that crushed the Valois faction in the Main Hall.

Suddenly, Valera’s golden-yellow eyes blew wide open.

The spiraling rose tattoo on her left neck—hidden tightly beneath the collar of her black leather armor—flared with an excruciating heat.

A jolt of Sin Mana slammed brutally into her spinal nerve network. It sent an incredibly massive wave of arousal that nearly drained all strength from the Gold Knight’s knees.

Valera had to grip the back of a nearby chair tightly to keep from collapsing. Her breathing instantly turned ragged and erratic.

"What is wrong with you, Valera?" Alaric snapped. He turned around, his brow furrowed seeing his best knight suddenly turn pale and break out in a cold sweat.

"F-forgive me, My Lord Duke," Valera’s hoarse voice trembled. She fought tooth and nail to suppress the whimper in her throat. "Muscle cramps... a side effect from withstanding that aura clash. I request permission to excuse myself for a moment."

"Go. Make sure your body is ready for tomorrow," Alaric scoffed, turning his attention back to the map on the table with his commanders.

The moment she escaped the room’s surveillance, Valera didn’t walk toward the medical barracks at all. Her feral instincts and the seal on her neck pulled her forcefully in the exact opposite direction.

She moved incredibly fast, darting through the corridor’s shadows and evading night patrols with the lethal agility of a Gold Knight. She scaled the outer wall of the Main Tower using nothing but the crevices in the stone, exactly like a black panther.

Thud.

Valera entered Ethan’s VIP room through the third-floor glass window, landing soundlessly on the plush carpet.

She was still wearing her full combat gear. The sleeveless black leather armor that exposed her brawny biceps and shoulders, tight combat pants, and the giant Zweihander crossed fiercely over her back. Her short brown hair was plastered to her forehead with sweat.

The moment she lifted her face, her golden-yellow eyes immediately collided with Ethan’s crimson gaze; he was already standing and waiting for her in the middle of the dimly lit room.

Without needing a command, Valera’s knees instantly hit the carpet.

"I have answered your call... My Master," Valera reported. Her hoarse voice sounded obedient, desperately trying to suppress the animalistic instinct thrashing to be unleashed.

Ethan didn’t answer right away. He kept one hand tucked inside his trouser pocket, walking slowly in circles around Valera.

The clicking of his dress shoes against the wooden floor generated an unbearably heavy psychological pressure for the knight.

"What is that old dog of yours planning, Valera?" Ethan asked in a tone as cold as northern ice.

"Duke Alaric is celebrating the destruction of Prince Edward’s reputation, My Master," Valera swallowed hard. She didn’t dare lift her face an inch as Ethan walked behind her. "However, he is deeply frustrated knowing you are now under Sage Cornelius’s absolute legal protection."

Valera took a breath. "Therefore... the Duke plans to hire high-tier assassins from the Underworld to ambush you outside the academy grounds."

Ethan smirked faintly. "Good information."

The young man stopped right in front of Valera. He looked down, his gaze peeling back the armor to examine the muscular curves and athletic body hidden beneath it.

"But tonight, to hell with Alaric and his assassins," Ethan hissed. His mood was exceptionally, dangerously foul thanks to that blind old Sage. His fury demanded an outlet.

"Take off your armor, Bloodhound."

Valera’s eyes widened slightly, but her body’s obedience moved far beyond her logic.

With slightly trembling hands, she stripped off her weapons. The giant Zweihander clanged against the floor. Followed by her chest plate, inner shirt, and combat pants.

In a matter of seconds, the elite warrior was kneeling without a single thread covering her body.

The sight before Ethan was a physical masterpiece.

Valera’s exotic, dark brown skin gleamed with a thin layer of sweat. Her abdominal muscles were perfectly sculpted in hard, symmetrical blocks that shined under the crystal lights. Her arms were robust with fine veins bulging along her biceps, and her thighs were incredibly dense and powerful.

On her left neck, the spiraling black rose tattoo glowed brightly, in sync with her wildly pumping heartbeat.

Ethan took off his black shirt. He carelessly tossed it to the floor, displaying his broad chest and lean physique that had been condensed by absolute mana.

He roughly grabbed Valera’s arm, forcibly hoisting the muscular woman to her feet, before pushing her mercilessly onto the silk-sheeted bed in the corner of the room.

Thud!

Valera’s back slammed hard against the mattress.

Suddenly, the survival instincts within the Gold Knight reacted out of control. Her body automatically rejected being attacked. Valera raised both hands to parry, her muscles tensing as hard as steel, preparing to reverse the dominant position.

But Ethan was far faster. The young man climbed onto the bed, trapping Valera’s hips between his knees.

WHOOSH!

Ethan didn’t use his Sin Mana. He activated the Golden Beast Aura!

A savage golden glow exploded, wreathing Ethan’s arms and chest. His muscles expanded momentarily, borrowing and instantly matching the pure Gold Knight-tier physical strength of Valera herself.

Ethan grabbed both of Valera’s wrists, pinning them forcefully above her head and locking them dead to the mattress.

"A-Agh!" Valera responded with a wild struggle.

She thrashed powerfully, kicking her legs, and trying to twist her body. The lingering ego of the Northern Faction commander fought ferociously against submitting so easily. She even managed to claw Ethan’s back, leaving three red scratch marks.

But that resistance... only poured gasoline onto the blazing fury in Ethan’s blood.

The young man forcibly flipped Valera’s body until she was face down. Ethan pressed the knight’s back down with his body weight, amplified by the golden aura. Then, he lowered his face, and sank his teeth right into the spiraling black rose tattoo on Valera’s left neck.

"AAAKHH!"

Valera’s scream tore through the air as Ethan injected pure Sin Mana directly into her aura circuit through that brutal bite. The pain of a predator’s tear and the explosive euphoria of demonic energy fused into a single vortex that obliterated her sanity.

Valera’s mental and physical defenses were paralyzed instantly.

Tears spilled from the corners of her golden-yellow eyes, dampening the silk sheets. "M-mercy... My Master... Mercy... I am yours... This Valera... is a-absolutely yours!" she sobbed hoarsely, admitting her total defeat.

Hearing that oath of surrender, Ethan held nothing back.

He claimed complete ownership over Valera. There was none of the manipulative gentleness he had given Kaelia, nor the elegance he showed Isolde.

There was only a savage rhythm, brutal physical dominance, and the venting of pure fury. Every touch, every pressure from Ethan was an absolute declaration that this knight was nothing more than an obedient servant beneath his feet.

Valera fought no more. Her wild animal instincts had been entirely tamed by a vastly superior Alpha. Her free hand gripped the silk sheets until they tore. Her hoarse, masculine moans echoed continuously, filling the soundproof room all night long.

At the peak of his venting, Ethan released the Golden Beast Aura and completely replaced it with pure Sin Mana. The dense crimson energy surged wildly into Valera’s circuit, deepening the roots of the Lust Brand all the way to her bone marrow.

The tattoo on Valera’s neck flared blindingly bright. New black magical lines began to sprawl from the spiral shape, creeping outward to cover her left shoulder and down to her collarbone. The seal of physical and mental subjugation had been permanently implanted.

A final wave of Sin Mana detonated from Ethan’s body, striking the core of Valera’s aura.

The knight shrieked hoarsely, her body tensing to the extreme before finally collapsing limply, drained of all strength. Valera fell into a peaceful unconsciousness, her body covered in reddish bruises—marks of ownership on her neck, shoulders, and hips.

The Bloodhound, had been officially subjugated.

One hour later. The dim, gray morning light began to pierce through the gaps in the curtains, illuminating the wrecked VIP room.

Torn sheets, pillows thrown to the floor, and Valera’s leather armor gear scattered haphazardly.

Valera lay naked on the bed. Her combat muscles, which had tensed so fiercely the night before, were now entirely relaxed and limp. She breathed steadily, her short hair clinging to her forehead from the residual sweat of her internal struggle.

On the edge of the bed, Ethan sat quietly. He had already put his pants back on.

His breathing was steady, and his eyes had returned to their clear, dark brown color. The raging fury triggered by Cornelius’s provocation had been completely vented out. His sanity, focus, and lethal rationality had returned one hundred percent.

Ethan brushed his fingers out. He swept aside the bangs covering the forehead of the soundly sleeping Valera, then stood up and walked slowly toward his desk.

He had to prepare.

System, Ethan called out in his mind.

A blood-red holographic screen adorned with dark ornaments and wispy smoke effects materialized in the air.

Ethan swiped through the panel, intending to use his remaining points from subjugating Kaelia and Valera to purchase illumination and healing items before embarking on a suicide expedition to the bottom of the Underground Training Dungeon.

However... just as he was browsing the Shop list, the voice of the Asmodeus System suddenly echoed in his head.

This time, the woman’s husky tone didn’t sound seductive, playful, or scolding in the slightest.

The voice sounded heavy. Incredibly ancient. And brimming with dark anticipation.

"So... that blind old man actually told you to descend to the bottom of the Dungeon today?" whispered the Asmodeus System.

Ethan paused the movement of his fingers in the air. Do you know what’s down there?

The system fell silent for a moment. "The thing that has been slumbering at the bottom of that abyss for thousands of years... it is no ordinary monster, My Master."

The woman’s voice trembled faintly, as if struggling to unearth memories that had long been shattered and lost.

"It is the remnant of my fallen kingdom," the Asmodeus System continued slowly. "Or more precisely... it is a fragment of who I used to be."

Ethan narrowed his eyes sharply.

The questions he had buried deep in the back of his mind floated back to the surface. Was this entity residing in his head the true Demon Lord Asmodeus, stripped of her memories? Or was she merely an artificial intelligence fragment separated from her original physical body?

What do you mean, System? Ethan demanded.

But there was no answer. The woman’s voice vanished without a trace, hiding mutely behind the silence of his mana circuit once more. The blood-red holographic screen in front of his eyes returned to normal, as if nothing had happened.

The young man completed his transactions quickly. Illumination and healing items were now safely stored in the System’s inventory.

Ethan stared out the glass window, watching the academy’s towers pierce through the gray clouds.

This expedition to the bottom of the Dungeon was no longer just a forced mission from Sage Cornelius. It was the key to the puzzle of the origins of the power he possessed.

This expedition might grant him power that vastly transcended the logic of this world. Or conversely... it would strip away his sanity entirely.

Ethan smiled faintly. He was ready to descend back into that very same abyss. The abyss of despair that had once borne witness to his birth as the Demon Lord.
