In the direct path of the vehicle was a black lightning bolt emblem, the symbol of the City Lord’s Mansion.

The flashy sports car, with the force of the wind behind it, executed a drift and came to a steady stop in front of Alexander. The car doors, reminiscent of wings, spread out to both sides.

Two exquisitely dressed female ghosts alighted from the vehicle, waving their hands as a flurry of paper money fell around them like snowflakes.

"Mr. Alexander... I am here on the orders of the City Lord’s Mansion to invite you over," Edward, raising his voice for emphasis, approached Alexander.

Mentioning the City Lord’s Mansion, Edward deliberately raised his volume, scanning around as if searching for someone, his head nearly tilted to the sky, barely concealing his smugness.

Seeing this, Alexander immediately understood.

Edward must have done this on purpose. If Alexander recalled correctly, Edward had been to Undead Street before.

Edward chuckled, aware that his recent actions were a bit ostentatious. But then he looked at Alexander sympathetically and said, "Getting killed by me isn’t hard, as long as you survive today."

"What do you mean?" Alexander’s eyes narrowed.

The invitation from the City Lord’s Mansion could be dangerous, wasn’t that Louis’ territory?

"Last night, Blood Moon Town was attacked by Hell’s Warriors, and Louis has gone to deal with it.

This morning, the City Lord’s Mansion issued a decree, summoning the strongest Chosen Ones from every street to undergo the Mansion’s trials. Those who survive will be entrusted with important tasks," Edward explained.
