"Damn it, I’m taking it! Worst comes to worst, I’ll just live like a parasite from now on!"

The so-called instance parasites are those with a certain level of ability who don’t want to continue participating in new instances.

They typically choose a few familiar instances, deliberately suppress their own strength, and keep alternating between these familiar instances, each time trying to clear with the lowest possible rating, meeting the minimum instance requirement once a month.

There are many such instances; as long as one is strong enough but does not attempt to complete the instance task, one can enter this very safe infinite loop.

The only drawback is that entering a specific instance consumes a registration card, which is why the supply of registration cards is plentiful but prices haven’t dropped.

If they happen to anger the Ghost Master, he can only blacklist these parasites. This way, these individuals meet the requirements without even having to enter the instance, saving their registration cards.

Despite the high death rate in horror instances, there are still so many participants. This is largely due to many of them entering only once a month into an instance they are most familiar with, and strictly refusing to voluntarily enter instances at other times.

If Alexander wanted to do this, he wouldn’t even need to enter instances. He could simply stay at the base of the Ghost Association.

After accepting the hidden task, Alexander turned his attention back to the young man. "I guess they silenced Angel, didn’t they?"

"I don’t know about what happened later, but after that day Angel just disappeared. The Ghost Master seemed to be trapped at the top of the hill and we couldn’t get close. It wasn’t until an outsider found Angel’s parts that I was sure Angel had been killed."

As he spoke, the young man looked somewhat downcast and said, "Actually, even if you find Angel’s fuel tank and reassemble it, it won’t do any good. That would just be Angel’s motorcycle. The real her has probably been completely destroyed."

There seems to be some kind of connection between them, which I think is why they didn’t destroy it outright but chose to disassemble it instead. If I’m not mistaken, the fuel tank should be at the top of the mountain."

"The top of the mountain?" Alexander looked towards the top of the mountain. Apart from the huge semi-circular building, there were two platforms on top of the mountain, each with two motorcycles on them. Other than that, there was nothing else. Not even a box for parts, let alone a fuel tank, was in sight.

Suddenly, Alexander thought of something and asked, "You’re referring to the two motorcycles on top, right?"

"Exactly!" As expected, the young man nodded and said, "Angel motorcycle parts have been found many times. Unlike others, Angel is our companion. Therefore, no other motorcycles would devour her parts. At most, they would just add them to their own motorcycles for upgrades.

Up to now, no one has found Angel’s fuel tank. I guess her fuel tank has been assembled onto another motorcycle. On this mountain, all the sentient motorcycles were our original companions, except for the blue one on the top, which was made by President Simba using the motorcycle factory."

No wonder! Alexander had wondered before why no one had completed this hidden task despite the Thrilling World having existed for ten years and the presence of numerous capable chosen ones.

"This Simba president, he is cunning enough! Thanks!" Alexander patted the head of the young man’s motorcycle and turned to walk towards the peak.

"Wait!" The young man called out to Alexander just as he turned around, with a troubled look on his face. His favorability rating was fluctuating wildly.

Alexander stopped in his tracks and looked at the young man questioningly.

The young man was torn.

The person in front of him seemed to have a special identity. He had already revealed his biggest secret, and this place was no longer the sacred land for motorcycles that it used to be.

If he stayed, he would eventually be sold out by President Simba. Should he consider pledging allegiance to Alexander?

After a long silence, the young man looked at Alexander intently and asked, "If I follow you, can I experience the feeling of passionate racing?"

What an odd question! Alexander thought to himself.

Looking at the young man’s favorability rating which was hovering at 59, he guessed what he was thinking and said, "I have a second brother outside who is in the mafia!"

The young man looked at Alexander in astonishment, not understanding his meaning.

Was he trying to show off? It seemed that he had already taken out the invitation from the city lord’s mansion, so there was nothing more to show off.

Was he threatening him? But this was another block! Even if his second brother was in the mafia, could he bring his men over for a fight?

"You see," Alexander’s face broke into a wolfish grin as he tried to cajole the young man, "You’re a motorcycle now, do you understand? If one day, hundreds or thousands of black-suited, sunglasses-wearing gangsters each riding a wild motorcycle, wielding a machete in one hand and the handlebar in the other, racing down the streets of the Thrilling World, slashing their way from east to west! And you, you would be the one leading at the front!"

As Alexander described the scene, the young man’s ghostly apparition started to tremble with excitement. The motorcycle roared loudly and raced forward, stopping right in front of Alexander.

"Big bro, get on! I’ll follow you from now on!"

Indeed, there’s nothing more exciting than this.
