Just then, Edward, who had been sitting to the side, elegantly trimming his nails, suddenly stood up, his eyes sharp as he looked toward the window.

Vast ghost energy filled the room instantaneously, the air turned icy cold, snowflakes formed out of thin air, spinning like blades as they rushed towards the window.

The glass of the top-floor window shattered explosively, countless shards shot out like arrows at the ice crystals, exploding in mid-air into brilliant flashes.

Under the cold moonlight’s reflection, the window frame and wall shadows began to wriggle, slowly coalescing into a dark shadow.

The shadow’s surface was covered with a thin layer of ice crystals, and its voice was somewhat hoarse: "Worthy of Edward, this ghost shadow carries 70% of my body’s power, yet it almost couldn’t withstand even one of your blows!"

His talent is shadow manipulation, allowing him to transform into shadows and merge into the shadows of any object, even splitting his shadow to use as a separate entity!"

"He even once severely wounded a Ghost King, thereby earning the title of Shadow Slayer. I knew things couldn’t be this simple; it turns out that the Evil Ghost Association has sent someone to assassinate us!"

"Asfur, since you’ve come, where’s your master? And the other Ghost Prince, Terence, he should have come as well, right?" Standing in front of Alexander and Tony, Edward looked around vigilantly and asked.

Being assigned to assist the Ferocious Ghost Association by Louis, Edward was naturally not an ordinary Ghost Prince.

The two ghosts suddenly realized, and Edward looked coldly at Asfur: "If your target is Alexander, then I can’t be courteous to you anymore!"

He was about to take action when two hands stopped him from behind.

"Why are you stopping me?" Edward asked, puzzled.

"I don’t know, but since they came for Alexander, they must not be enemies!" Tony answered honestly: "Besides, he doesn’t seem to have any malice!"

"What malice or no malice, that’s an enemy!" Edward shouted angrily, looking at Alexander: "Why are you stopping me too? He’s here to deal with you!"

"What dealing or not dealing, we’re all friends!" Alexander waved his hand, looking at Asfur: "You agree, don’t you?"

"Far from it, far from it!" Asfur shook his head repeatedly, bowing respectfully to Alexander: "Happy Apartment’s Shadow Slayer Ghost Prince Asfur, at your service, Mr. Charles. I bring greetings from the Flame King to you!"
