Alexandre arrived at one of the terminals, entered his own Pip-Boy number and validated the few general conditions submitted by the machine, Alexandre was rather reassured, the organization controlling betting in the arena seemed rather well supervised, Alexandre saw the current match "Spartan vs Iwo" being displayed, as well as all the scheduled matches, Alexandre was rather surprised, There didn't seem to be any more than that, only ten for the whole evening, so Alexandre got down to work and searched for "Chetan Ambani vs William Walton", he quickly saw the corresponding match, clicked on it and saw, as agreed, odds of "3" for William Walton, opposite Chetan Ambani's odds were 1.1, but the button seemed to be greyed out as if the possibility of betting had been deactivated.

The man probably thought that Alexandre would bet a few hundred or thousand dollars, which for the bookmarker was a very interesting rebalancing of the bets, even if Alexandre won, but the situation had become critical, because betting $100,000 with odds of 1.1 meant a potential net gain of $10,000 for Chetan Ambani, but betting $100,000 with odds of 3 meant a potential net gain of $200,000!

The bookmarker immediately understood that he had to intervene quickly to avoid his own bankruptcy.
