The Girl in the Hoodie is Mine

I had three simple rules:

1. Never take off my hood and mask.
2. Stay invisible.
3. Never break rules 1 and 2.

Easy enough… until Jason showed up and ruined everything.

I never wanted attention. I just wanted to get through school, stay hidden, and disappear without anyone noticing me. But the so-called golden boy of the school—Jason—kept getting in my way, and now my quiet life is completely falling apart.

I didn’t even mean to embarrass him. Jason is the son of the richest CEO in the country, while I’m here hiding for a very different reason: I’m running from my own father. I look too much like him, and if anyone connects the dots, everything is over. That’s why I never take off my hood and mask.

But now hiding from my father isn’t my only problem.

Jason has decided to make my life hell. For some reason I still don’t understand, he’s obsessed with me—one moment he’s humiliating me in front of everyone, and the next he’s pulling me aside like he wants to kiss me behind the bleachers.
