Seeing me outside, she walked out of her room, in her sports shoes, and a short one-piece dress, which looked quite strange for her age.

Her entire body was filled with wrinkles, and her teeth had already begun to fall off, yet she was dressed like some pop star.

"Yo, Ricky, how is it going?" She asked, giving a slap on my butt.

"Hey, granny, control your hands, one day they might fall off like your teeth," I couldn’t help but mock her. I really want to know where the hell she gets this level of confidence from.

"Haha... kid, your tongue is getting sharp," she said, lifting her sunglasses a little, pinching me on my butt with all her strength.

Doing this, she didn’t wait for me any longer and walked into the lift, but I remained standing outside, not wanting to share space with an old, perverted hag.

Waiting for another minute, I used the lift and went down to get a coffee for that spoiled brat, standing in front of the vending machine in silence.

As I finished the can, the lift also came down, and I stepped inside. There was no one alongside me, and my head started to get a bit dizzy all of a sudden. I held on to the support bar on the back of the elevator, supporting my dizzy body.

For a moment, I found myself standing on the edge of a bottomless cliff, where one wrong step can end my life. But this feeling only lasted for a second before I came back to my senses, and all that feeling appeared like a daydream.

The Lift’s door opened, and I looked around and found my coffee can lying on the floor. Picking it up, I went back into the house. Unable to understand what the hell that sudden feeling was.

Unable to get it out of my head, and the only possible reason I was able to think of was that free energy drink I got from the vending machine.

While sitting on my bed, I subconsciously opened the coffee can and began gulping it down.

As I was gulping down the coffee, I suddenly heard footsteps at my door, and there stood my so-called younger sister, who is richer than me. Her eyes stared at me with little resentment, making me realise that I was drinking her coffee.

"Hehe... I was just taking a small sip," I looked at her and passed her remaining coffee.

"Hmph," She snatched the can from my hand and walked away from my room.

Just as she stepped out of my room, a strange mechanical voice rang into my ears, as a blue translucent screen unfolded in front of my eyes.

"What happened?" Hearing my scream, Emi quickly came back to check on me.

I looked at her worried face and came up with the best possible explanation at the moment, as I said, pointing at the drawer, "I saw a spider there."

"Huh..." She stared at me for a bit before walking back into her room.

I sighed, taking a deep breath, trying to calm myself from the inside. After that, I closed the door and sat in silence, trying to summon those purple flames once again.

As I thought about purple flames, they quickly appeared on my hand, burning with full intensity, but I didn’t feel any kind of pain from it, just a little cold.
