Overpowered Hero In Search Of Battle!

Sedah and Lyanna, together, their hearts blooming, now true to one another. After a few bliss moments, they backed up. Lyanna had stared at Sedah, both smiling at one another.

Another few moments of joy passed and then Lyanna had suddenly gotten a sharp pain in her head.

Sedah saw her eyes widen. She had creased her forehead, looked down and then placed her hand over her forehead. A very sharp pang ran through her head. Nonsensical and scrambled-up thoughts ran through her mind.

Sedah had looked at Lyanna, worried and scared.

"Lyanna! What’s wrong!?" Sedah placed both his hands on her shoulders, gripping tightly. "What’s wrong?!" Sedah’s voice grew more distant to her as she faded into her subconscious.

Her eyes shut, and in her mind, she experienced falling, and then she gradually opened her eyes, seeing nothing. Feeling Alone. "s-s-Sedah...where are you!? Sedah!" her voice cried out, echoing throughout the empty abyss. She was scared, but more importantly to her, Sedah was gone. Her eyes welled up with tears.

Sedah had rushed to her parents carrying Lyanna in his arms. Quickly and carefully. Tears trickled down Sedah’s face for the first time.

Lyanna’s mother and father heard a loud bang! At the door they ran, and in a hurry opened it, feeling a sense of urgency.

"I don’t know what to do...please help me!" Sedah’s face was pained. He was in fear. Scared he had lost his one true love.

"Quickly! Carry her upstairs to her room!" Lyanna’s father had shouted. Lyanna’s mother was full of anxiety. Sedah carried her upstairs and placed her ever so gently in her bed. Lyanna lay there, but she looked to be in discomfort, her teeth gritting in pain, her face sweating. Sedah looked at her, clenching her hand, crying..."Please don’t leave me! Please..."

Lyanna’s father, worried and angry, was about to confront Sedah, however Lyanna’s mother shook her head.

"Let him have some time alone. I’m sure it wasn’t his fault." Lyanna’s mother said in confidence. "Yeah..it’s probably just a fever." Lyanna’s father knew it wasn’t Sedah’s fault, as he knew he cared for her.

A day had passed by and Sedah hadn’t moved a single inch from her side. Lyanna’s mother tended to her symptoms of a fever.

A day passed. Lyanna grew paler, and Sedah felt hopelessness and anguish. A void had grown in his heart.

Another day passed. She grew feverish.

Another day passed. She grew skinnier.

Another day passed. She grew quieter in her pains.

"Sedah! Enough already, you practically haven’t moved since she...fell asleep. When was the last time you slept?" Lyanna’s father was right. The only time Sedah had gotten up was to go the bathroom, ever rarely eating. His face was always pained, sinking into despair.

"Lyanna wouldn’t want to see you like this.." placing his hands on Sedah’s shoulder in an attempt to comfort him.

"WHAT WOULD YOU-" Sedah lashed out looking up in misery at her father. Sedah’s breathing had been heavy with anger but Lyanna’s father had also wore a miserable expression on his face.

"...why....why am I so weak? I can’t do anything for her. She gave me everything and yet I’m so useless." Sedah had felt weak.

Tears ran down his face, unable to stop crying. He placed both his hands on his face. "Why is this happening to Lyanna...why not me..." constantly through the days of her suffering, Sedah had blamed himself.

"Listen to me Sedah! Tears are a sign of weakness to the enemy, and you, Sedah, are strong and must show no fear. Understand me? Whatever Lyanna is facing right now you must not give into despair. Be brave for Lyanna. Be confident for Lyanna. Be strong for Lyanna." He placed Sedah’s face against his chest, rubbing the back of his head, comforting him.

Lyanna was floating in an endless void. To Lyanna it was as if an eternity had passed. However, she never forgot. Not about her parents. Her village. Her one and only love: Sedah.

"Do you wish for strength?"

"Who said that?! Where are you?!?"

"Do you wish for strength?"

"I already said to show yourself!"

"Do you wish for strength?"

"Stop asking me the same stupid question!"

"Do you wish for strength?"

"No! I wish to be with Sedah!" Her love is unwavering; she is already strong.

"...I see then...find my true name, please Lyanna!"

"That voice at the end! It sounded like- "

Lyanna had awoken in her bedroom. She stretched both her arms up.

"Ah! I feel weak..." She sat up and looked to her side and saw Sedah asleep, sitting on a chair. Immediately she went to hug Sedah very tightly, rubbing her face onto his chest, waking Sedah up.

"I wuv you! I wuv you so much!!" she kept repeating, clinging to Sedah’s body. Sedah had smiled, and a single joyful tear streaked down his eye.

"Lyanna! I’ll become stronger. To protect you. I won’t ever make you unhappy. I’ll make sure you’ll never feel pain again. Never be alone. I swear it on my life." Hugging her back tightly and ever so affectionately.
