Countless droplets of water transformed into needle-like shapes, mercilessly shooting toward Luffy.

But to the Fish-men’s shock, even such a dense barrage couldn’t hit Luffy!

"How is this possible?!" the Fish-men exclaimed in disbelief, watching as Luffy dodged the attacks with slight tilts of his head. "It’s like he knows exactly where the attacks are coming from!"

How is this human doing it?!

"Damn it, why can’t I hit him?!" Hody snarled furiously. "Just hit him already!"

Why won’t it hit?!

"Too slow."

"What?"

"I said you’re too slow!" Luffy shouted.

As soon as the words fell, Luffy appeared right in front of Hody.

Then, under Hody’s stunned gaze, he threw a punch.

"Gomu Gomu no Pistol!"

"Thump!"

"Boom!!"
