"That damn Crocodile." Sengoku frowned. "He really knows how to cause trouble for us."

If not for this guy suddenly taking action, they would have already achieved half their objective.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, what should we do now?" the communications soldier nearby asked.

After a moment of silence, Sengoku replied: "Notify the personnel in the rear to send two executioners up here."

"Yes!"

Watching the communications soldier depart, Sengoku murmured: "I hope no more disturbances like this occur."

After glancing at Ace who remained silent, Sengoku turned his attention back to Crocodile below.

At that moment, he noticed Doflamingo appearing near Crocodile.

’Is this guy planning to intercept Crocodile?’ Sengoku thought to himself.

If Doflamingo was willing to take action against Crocodile, it would be beneficial for the Marines.

As Sengoku contemplated this, Doflamingo made his move.

The man did not hesitate to activate his Devil Fruit ability, manipulating sharp strings to slash at Crocodile’s neck, easily severing it despite his Elemental Transformation!

"Slash!!"

"Hmm?"

Looking at Doflamingo who had attacked him, Crocodile instinctively frowned.

"Hey hey hey, you crocodile bastard!" Doflamingo said. "Are you trying to ditch me to join Whitebeard?"

"I might get jealous!"

"Fufufufu~"

Looking at Crocodile’s elemental body, Doflamingo grinned widely.

Hearing Doflamingo’s words, Crocodile restored his body and coldly stated: "I don’t work with anyone."

His attack on the Marines was simply because he disapproved of their methods, not because he had become Whitebeard’s ally.

"So you’re still ditching me then."

"Pretty much."

With that, Crocodile glanced sideways at Doflamingo, his expression particularly contemptuous.

That look seemed to say: Cooperate?

Someone like you isn’t worthy of cooperating with me.

"Crack!"

Veins immediately bulged on Doflamingo’s forehead, and without hesitation, the man launched an attack.

Armament Haki infused his shoes as he kicked toward Crocodile’s chest!

In response, Crocodile didn’t say anything more, instead raising his hook infused with Haki to meet the attack.

The next moment...

"Clang!"

"Boom!!"

The collision of Haki immediately produced a terrifying shockwave that blasted away some nearby Marines who had been watching the spectacle!

"Although I don’t know why this Crocodile is saving Ace, at least everything’s okay now." Luffy sighed in relief.

Then Luffy got up from the ground and ran toward the distant execution platform.

"Straw Hat Boy, you won’t get anywhere near the execution platform!" a Marine Commodore shouted!

As he spoke, the man immediately charged toward Luffy.

"Get out of my way!" Luffy roared.

As he spoke, Luffy threw a punch!

"Shave!"

"Whoosh~"

The man transformed into an arc and instantly vanished from his original position, dodging Luffy’s attack.

Then, using Moonwalk, the man shot into the air and raised his elbow, aiming at Luffy’s head.

"Iron Body·Smash!"

His entire body hardened like steel, and in the blink of an eye, he closed in on Luffy, slamming his elbow into the ground.

"Boom!!"

With that single strike, a large crater was blasted into the ground!

"Whoosh~"

"Click~"

Landing on the ground, Luffy wiped the sweat from his forehead and said, "That was close."

He had almost been hit by the opponent’s elbow strike.

Then, Luffy remarked, "Seriously, why do all you guys use such weird martial arts?"

"As a Commodore of the Marines, isn’t it normal to know the Navy Six Styles?" the Commodore retorted.

"Is that so."

Luffy nodded, then declared, "But even with that martial arts, you can’t stop me!"

With those words, Luffy crouched down and activated Second Gear.

Without hesitation, he charged toward the Marine Commodore.

"Gomu-Gomu Jet Bazooka!"

"Bring it on!" the Commodore shouted.

He would use his strongest defense to block this guy’s attack!

Thinking this, the man unhesitatingly activated the Navy Six Styles.

"Iron Body - Steel!"

"Hum"

His muscles tensed up, and his body instantly became as hard as steel!

The next moment...

"Thud!!"

The heavy attack slammed into the Marine Commodore, sending him sliding backward until he came to a stop after some distance.

"It’s... it’s nothing spe..."

Before the Commodore could finish his sentence, his eyes rolled back and he collapsed to the ground, clearly unconscious.

"Commodore, sir!"

"Dammit, stop the Straw Hat Boy!"

"Right!"

"Candy sweethearts, don’t let these guys interfere with Straw Hat Boy!" Ivankov roared. "Block these Marines!"

"Right!!"

The Okama roared and then followed behind Ivankov, helping Luffy take down one Marine after another who came to cause trouble.

"To charge forward so recklessly with just this few people," Borsalino glanced in Luffy’s direction and said, "How... terrifying~"

Although Jimbei and others were with the Straw Hat Boy, the plaza was now gathered with the full force of their Marines!

In such a situation, the opponent still dared to act like this...

He could only say that the Straw Hat Boy had some serious guts.

But when he thought about the things this man had done in the past, Borsalino felt it made sense.

A man like this truly wouldn’t fear such a scene.

"Where are you looking, Kizaru!!" Meiser shouted.

As he spoke, Meiser manipulated the Susanoo to swing its fist, aiming straight for Borsalino’s head!

In response, Kizaru showed no sign of panic but calmly raised his long leg to kick back!

If they can’t quickly take down the Blood-Eyed Ninja and the Pirate Empress, they should hurry up and attack the others!

Especially that Straw Hat Boy—he’s Dragon’s son!

This guy with evil bloodlines must die!

After a moment’s thought, Akainu retracted his Devil Fruit ability and turned to look at Luffy. "In that case, I’ll personally take care of this guy myself!"

As his words fell, Akainu began walking step by step toward Luffy.

Noticing Akainu’s intention, Aokiji instinctively furrowed his brow. "Planning to eliminate Straw Hat Boy, huh..."

After a brief consideration, Aokiji turned and rushed toward Luffy’s direction.

But before he could get far, Hancock caught up to him.

Meiser had ordered her to stop Aokiji, so... she wouldn’t let this guy do anything unnecessary!

With that thought, Hancock infused Haki into her leg and delivered a fierce kick toward Aokiji!

"Clang!"

Blocking Hancock’s attack with his arms clad in Armament Haki, Aokiji said with a grim expression, "What a nuisance."

This scene was witnessed by Akainu from a distance.

However, the man didn’t say anything, merely glancing over before withdrawing his gaze.

"Admiral Sakazuki?"

The Marine standing behind Akainu was momentarily stunned before respectfully making way for him.

Akainu nodded without speaking.

Then, he gradually quickened his pace while activating his ability, causing his fist to gradually turn crimson.

But before he could take more than a few steps, he noticed a figure appearing before him.

"I won’t let you attack Straw Hat Boy!" Marco shouted.

As his words echoed, the man descended from the air, launching a powerful kick toward Akainu.

"Marco, is it."

Recognizing the First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Akainu temporarily abandoned Luffy as his target and turned his focus toward Marco.

He then raised his magma-wreathed fist and slammed it toward Marco!

"Boom!!"

Crimson magma and blue flames intertwined, instantly erupting into an terrifying shockwave!

"Ah!"

Some nearby Marines were sent flying by the blast!

"As expected of a Marine Admiral," Marco remarked.

Feeling the terrifying high temperature, cold sweat broke out on Marco’s face.

He felt this man exerted greater pressure on him than even Kizaru.

But relying on his phoenix abilities, dragging this guy along shouldn’t be too problematic, Marco thought to himself.

Once Pops arrives, victory will be theirs!

Upon hearing Marco’s words, Akainu showed no reaction, merely intensifying his ability’s output.

He needed to severely injure or eliminate this guy before Whitebeard arrived!

"Boom!!"

"Don’t get close to Admiral Sakazuki—you’ll be killed by the magma! Stay back!" Vice Admiral Momonga roared from nearby.

"Roger!"

The Marines immediately retreated to a distance, afraid of being caught in the crossfire of the two combatants.

"Everyone, beware of ability users crossing the Encirclement Wall!"

"Roger!"

"Ability users crossing the Encirclement Wall?" Mr.3 instinctively frowned upon hearing the broadcast.

Could it be... he’d been discovered?

At this thought, Mr.3 said frantically, "Damn it, I barely survived Marine Admiral Aokiji’s attack! I don’t want to die here!"

Where the hell could he go to find an absolutely safe place?

Just then, Mr.3 heard footsteps approaching from afar, making his scalp prickle with fear.

"Damn it, could it be pursuers?!"

Without hesitation, Mr.3 dashed toward a nearby corridor and rushed to a large door at top speed.

With that, the man opened the door before him and stepped inside.

But the moment he entered, Mr.3 was stunned—because... there was someone very familiar inside!

"M...Mr.2?!" Mr.3 stared at Bon Clay in shock. "Why are you here, you bastard? Shouldn’t you be on the front lines?!"

"Hmm?"

Hearing Mr.3’s words, Bon Clay glanced back at him and grinned. "Gahahaha!"

"So it’s little three~"

"Bastard, I’m Mr.3!" Mr.3 roared with a shark-like grimace.

But he immediately covered his mouth, as if afraid the noise might attract outsiders.

’Damn it, I hope those pursuers didn’t hear me!’ Mr.3 screamed internally.

He quickly turned and pressed against the door, carefully listening for any movement outside.

After a moment, confirming no one was coming, Mr.3 let out a huge sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness, no one heard."

Having struggled to escape here, he had no intention of being killed by the Marines.

"Gahahaha, no need to be so tense," Bon Clay laughed heartily. "No one will come here."

"How can you be so sure?"

"Because I’ve already figured out this place."

Mr.3 paused, then recalled Bon Clay’s Devil Fruit ability.

’With the power of the Mane Mane no Mi, this guy really might be able to strut around here openly,’ Mr.3 thought to himself.

Feeling reassured, Mr.3 said, "Safe is good."

Wiping the sweat from his face, he walked over and sat on a nearby stool.

Then he asked, "Did you sneak in while the Marines were distracted too?"

"Just now?"

Bon Clay blinked, then shook his head. "No, I came here much earlier."

Mr.3: ???

Mr.3 stared blankly at Bon Clay. What did he mean by "much earlier"?

’Wasn’t this guy previously... Wait!’

Suddenly, a thought struck Mr.3.

’Now that I think about it, I haven’t seen him since we fell from the sky,’ Mr.3 murmured inwardly.

He had assumed Bon Clay was lost in the crowd, hence why he hadn’t spotted him.

But now... it seemed the other might have left the front lines back then!

But how did he manage it?

Could it be...

"Oh, I see!" Mr.3 thought to himself, "It must have been Meiser who did this!"

That man possessed Water Release Technique and Earth Release Technique—he might truly be capable of bringing this man to the back unnoticed!

Thinking this, Mr.3 asked, "Did Meiser bring you here?"

"Yes, that’s right." Bon Clay nodded. "He used a Clone to transport me here."

Mr.3 showed an expression of understanding and then asked, "What’s his purpose in doing this?"

It couldn’t just be to find a place for this guy to rest, could it?

"Of course, it’s to save someone!" Bon Clay replied.

"Save someone?"

Seeing Mr.3’s puzzled look, Bon Clay explained, "Meiser wants me to use the Mane Mane no Mi to transform into an executioner and approach the execution platform. That way, we can rescue the person."

"So that’s how it is." Mr.3 nodded. "No wonder he brought you here."

By using the power of the Mane Mane no Mi to transform into a Marine executioner, there would indeed be a chance to get close to Fire Fist Ace.

But the problem was, there were two formidable figures by Ace’s side!

One was the Marine Hero, Garp, and the other was the Fleet Admiral, Sengoku!

With those two present, could Bon Clay really save anyone?

"Ah well, this isn’t something I should worry about anyway. It’s not like I’m the one saving anyone," Mr.3 thought to himself.

With that, Mr.3 relaxed.

Then he said, "Alright, I won’t disturb your rescue mission. Let’s meet again if fate allows!"

With those words, the man prepared to open the door and leave, clearly unwilling to get involved in this matter.

After all... he didn’t want to die!
