He knew full well that if he suggested giving up on the Straw Hat Boy now, Meiser would undoubtedly toss him straight into the poison.

With that, Meiser manipulated Minotaurus to grab Luffy and bolt toward the gate at the back.

Meiser gestured invitingly. "Show me what else you’ve got."

Magellan’s expression turned cold as he swiftly removed the two weapons from his head and charged toward Meiser.
