Naruto: Rebuilding the Hidden Sand

Yuji wakes up in a completely different world—the Naruto world (AU)—and finds himself in Sunagakure, the Hidden Sand Village, one of the Five Great Nations.

But something is wrong.

The Second Shinobi World War has already ended, yet Sunagakure is clearly struggling. The village is falling behind—lacking talent, running low on resources, and slowly losing its place among the great nations.

When Yuji sees all of this, he realizes one thing immediately: if nothing changes, the Hidden Sand will only keep declining.

So he decides to act.

But before he can rebuild anything, there’s one key move he needs to make first.

He has to recruit Sasori of the Red Sand—still young, not yet hardened by betrayal or rebellion—and bring him to his side.

Because if Sasori can be changed early… then Sunagakure itself might still have a future.
