"Y-You?" Lily’s face flushed red upon hearing Victor’s words directed at her young lady.
What was this supposed to mean?
Yet she noticed her mistress remained silent, her head lowered.
It looked like an admission.
If that was the case... did her young lady truly like this man?
Did they really spend the night together? And the night before that as well? Had her young lady truly given herself to him?
Lily had to admit Victor’s charm.
If he tried to seduce her, she might not be able to refuse either.
She never expected her young lady to be the same.
Perhaps their tastes in men weren’t so different after all—only their appearances and personalities set them apart.
Her young lady was stunning and graceful, while she herself was ordinary and a bit talkative.
Lily felt unwilling to accept it, yet she couldn’t say anything.
The city had a massive stone platform, even larger than a football field.
It wasn’t just a platform—it was protected by a dome-shaped formation.
Friendly duels, even life-and-death battles, could be held there.
Victor saw a huge crowd surrounding the platform, all watching a young man with white hair.
His face was handsome, almost otherworldly.
Tall and elegant, dressed in a spotless white robe that radiated authority, he held a silver spear that seemed alive with energy.
In truth, he was nearly as handsome as Victor.
The difference was—Victor had a slightly wicked aura, while this man gave off the presence of a radiant hero.
He stood waiting for his next opponent.
Five people were already lying defeated on the platform, including Martin.
All of them had reached the Sovereign Realm. Martin had likely just broken through.
Victor was clearly behind—being two to four years younger.
But he had only come to watch.
He noticed a restaurant nearby, its outdoor seating occupied by nobles.
Victor immediately drew attention upon arrival.
Naturally, the main reason was the unparalleled beauty beside him.
Even though she kept her head lowered, it was obvious she followed him obediently.
Victor chose an empty table and simply signaled a waiter to bring snacks and drinks.
He pretended not to notice the gaze directed at him from the platform.
But in truth, everyone’s attention had shifted to him.
They almost forgot why they were there.
"Evan," Victor called.
His loyal follower appeared like a shadow.
"Make an announcement. Anyone who defeats that man—I’ll help them fulfill a desire involving another person. Whether it’s revenge... or winning over a girl they can’t have."
Evan was stunned.
Even he was tempted by such a reward.
But when he looked at the man on the platform, his confidence wavered.
He doubted any student could defeat him.
Charles Habsburg might—but he was from an older generation.
Not a current student.
Still, Evan stepped forward and shouted:
"Everyone! Young Master Russell declares—whoever defeats William will have their wish fulfilled! Whether it’s revenge or obtaining the woman you desire!"
The crowd erupted.
This was something many of them deeply wanted.
And they knew Victor had the power to make it happen.
But...
The opponent was too strong.
After witnessing several miserable defeats, no one dared step forward.
William, standing atop the platform, frowned.
"Why don’t you come yourself? Or do you not know how to fight?" he said, pointing his spear at Victor.
To others, this was a clash between young masters—naturally exciting.
But Victor only smiled, offering no response.
His cultivation was lower.
But that didn’t mean he would lose.
Five Will Powers were no joke.
If his opponent had only one, Victor could win easily—even if they were a level higher and possessed a Heaven-Class Talent.
Still...
This wasn’t the time to reveal his strength.
He wanted to observe.
"Oh! Look!"
Someone suddenly stepped onto the platform.
A pale, handsome young man with an extremely concealed aura.
At first glance, he seemed like an ordinary person.
But once recognized, the students grew excited.
"Alex finally stepped up!"
"The owner of the Heaven Dragon Soul!"
"He came weak, but his strength skyrocketed!"
"He defeated famous students one after another—he’s undefeated now!"
"The Headmaster personally teaches him!"
"Maybe he can win!"
"Yeah—there’s hope!"
William showed interest.
"You—the one whose skeleton was stolen?" he said.
A taboo topic.
Saying that could easily provoke Alex.
Even mentioning the thief was dangerous.
No one even dared glance at Victor.
"That was likely fate—meant to support someone else," Alex replied calmly.
"You can still take it back. Follow me—I’ll help you reclaim it."
"You can’t. Stop talking. Let’s fight."
Alex clearly disliked conversation.
He charged forward—
BOOM!
His aura exploded.
A massive red dragon manifested around him, its cracked blood-red eyes radiating fury.
ROAR!
The sound shook the air violently.
"He has no equal in the academy," someone muttered.
Even William, who had never looked serious, became focused.
Two clusters of white light burst from his body—
Dominant, radiant—
His power instantly doubled.
"Damn... two Will Powers!"
"Alex will lose unless he has them too!"
Then—
Two red lights emerged from Alex, forming small roaring dragons. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚
Each Will Power was unique—shaped by its owner.
With two each, they were already beyond ordinary Great Sovereigns.
When they clashed—
The entire platform trembled.
Without the formation, the destruction would have spread far beyond.
Their battle alone could destroy a small city.
Even Alexandra watched seriously.
Who would win?
That was the question.
But Victor simply drank his tea.
He had already seen enough.
Now that he understood their strength—
The fight no longer interested him.
"Evan," he called again.
"Yes, Young Master!" Evan responded instantly.
Even Alexandra shifted her attention to Victor as he spoke.
"So, here’s the situation—I’ve fully mastered the technique from Lady Jade Sovereign."
"So fast." Victor hadn’t even finished speaking when Evan accidentally cut him off in shock.
"Uh... yeah..." He became awkward.
This didn’t match his understanding of Victor’s talent.
It shouldn’t have been this fast.
Alexandra, meanwhile, fell into thought, wondering what allowed Victor to master the technique in just two weeks.
"Young Master, do you need blood containing anger now?" Evan asked.
"That’s exactly what I want." Victor nodded.
Finding blood was easy—but finding the kind he needed was another matter.
"Victor, there’s no need to go through the trouble. I can help you," Alexandra suddenly said, surprising him.
