Axel and his lackeys were chatting under a tree in front of their guest house. They believed Virelia had been killed by the magical beasts, so their hearts throbbed with joy.

"I can’t wait to see their expressions after they learn about her death. I’m sure it will be interesting." Rian grinned evilly.

"Me too!" Luka responded. "Maybe I should take a picture of them later."

"That’s actually a good idea, Luka!" Jax liked Luka’s spontaneous words a lot. "We can print the photo and give it to them as a souvenir later."

"Haha!" they laughed loudly.

"This will also teach Ren a lesson for taking what should have been yours, Axel." Vito believed her death would affect Ren deeply.

"You are right. But I won’t stop here. I want him to suffer more. I want him to regret messing with me." Ren had stolen his spotlight, so Axel wanted to break him mentally and physically.

While they were chatting happily, an eagle and jaguar shifters launched a surprise attack on them.

Lily descended from the sky like a meteor while David raised his sharp claws to strike Axel.

Axel was thrown into the air before finally crashing into a wooden fence and rolling on the ground.

At the same time, Vito coughed up blood while being pinned by Lily.

After kicking Vito’s stomach, she threw her fist at Jax, but her strike only hit air as Jax jumped back immediately.

On the other side, Axel rose to his feet and pointed his staff at David, but before his magic fully materialized, Ren appeared beside him and kicked him.

"David, I will face him. You go fight his lackeys." Ren’s anger toward Axel was also big.

He believed Axel was the true mastermind because he was their leader.

Debris flew in all directions as his bolt of lightning hit the ground.

Ren didn’t only dodge Axel’s strikes, but he also dashed toward him. The moment he was close to Axel, Ren threw a high kick.

Even though Axel managed to block it, he was pushed back a few meters since the strength of his attack was powerful.

While both sides were fighting, Bernard was talking with his people in the training ground.

He didn’t want to suffer heavy losses in the upcoming battle, so he asked those under Virelia’s command to teach the others the formations they had learned from her.

"You guys are willing to share it, right?" Bernard said.

Axel clenched his fist as he looked at his followers.

He wanted to yell at them for losing to women, but he had no time to do that as he was also struggling against Ren.

"Don’t worry. We agreed not to kill you guys earlier because we only wanted you to suffer today." Ren’s eyes gleamed with terrifying sharpness as he stared at Axel.

Normally, he looked like an angel who had descended from the highest heaven, but at this moment, he was like a demon king in a human’s body.

Everything about him was no longer like that of good people. Even his aura was as cold as ice, making him feel even less human.

"The fight isn’t over yet. The winner is still undecided!" Axel roared as he pointed his staff at Ren.
