As the Cursed Eye Slug made its move, the other two Ghost Suppression Guards summoned their respective Guardian Beasts.

One was a two-headed hound, wreathed in flames, its lean body brimming with power. The other was a panther with large patches of shadow flickering across its body, almost completely concealing its form. Both were already lunging toward the Deceit Beast Master.

A piercing shriek suddenly erupted as the dense Blood Qi around the Deceit Beast Master’s body, so thick it was almost tangible, rapidly expanded.

Tentacles formed from clotted blood shot out to meet the Hunting Flame Two-headed Dog and the Shadow Panther.

Clearly worried about their Guardian Beasts’ injuries, Number Two and Number Three hurried forward to check on the condition of the Hunting Flame Two-headed Dog and the Shadow Panther.
