The other Celestial Humans looked at each other. Then, a burly man stepped forward with a disdainful smile. "What handsome reward could possibly compare to a Spiritual Artifact? Trying to use Brocade Cloud Palace to intimidate my Shangguan Family? Hmph, you’ve sorely miscalculated."

"The Shangguan Family, one of the Three Great Noble Families of the Celestial Dragon Coast. How imposing. You don’t even seem to regard my Brocade Cloud Palace anymore," the withered old man snorted. His stooped body slowly straightened, emitting a surge of immense power.

"Enough talk. Let’s fight!"

The burly man let out a cold shout and his figure blurred, appearing before the withered old man. Clenching his hand into a fist, the veins on his brawny arm bulged like dormant dragons. He then threw a sudden punch, sending a force capable of toppling mountains and overturning seas rushing at the old man.

The withered old man let out a cold shout and threw out a palm strike of his own. His seemingly withered arm contained power that was in no way inferior to the burly man’s. The two attacks collided, erupting with a sonic boom like a roaring mountain flood that made the onlookers’ eardrums ache.

After the exchange of fist and palm, both were forced back several steps.

Then, the burly man took a deep breath and ripped his shirt open, revealing muscles that looked as if they were cast from molten bronze. His body then trembled, and a strange, terrifying black luster began to spread across his powerful physique.

As he finished speaking, the withered old man retrieved a pale green longsword from his Storage Ring. Azure light flowed across its blade; one glance was enough to tell it was no ordinary weapon.

With the longsword in hand, a Sword Intent like a raging storm shot straight to the Nine Heavens.

"Come." The withered old man shouted indifferently, and with a raise of his hand, he unleashed a terrifying, twenty-zhang-long, azure Sword Light. The edges of the Sword Light were lined with an Endless Wind Blade.

With a low shout, the burly man didn’t dodge or evade. He clenched his fingers into a fist, black light flowing around it, and punched out violently, shattering the Sword Qi in the blink of an eye.

Seeing this, the Celestial Human was slightly surprised. Using the momentary block from his barrier, his figure flashed and he shot backward, narrowly dodging the blow from the cane.

The instant the cane-wielding old man attacked, another man, a burly Blademan, also struck, unleashing a brilliant swath of blade light that enveloped another Celestial Human.

"Heh, Blademan. You couldn’t wait either?"

That Celestial Human smiled indifferently. He wore a pair of black gloves, and his hands danced into a flurry of afterimages. They clashed with the blade light, creating a CLANGING sound. In the blink of an eye, they had collided no less than five hundred times, each impact kicking up a violent shockwave of air.

The six Celestial Humans were now locked in a chaotic battle. Powerful surges of energy swept across the entire island. Trees and rocks crumbled, and the island itself fractured and fell apart, on the verge of collapse. The crowd watching from a distance swallowed hard. ’So this is the fucking power of the Celestial Human Realm.’

The heavens roiled and the earth quaked.
