Outside the Spirit Gathering Array, the Dark Energy within the Barrier condensed, forming tangible, pitch-black masses of Energy that howled and circled above Shen Lang’s head.

The moment the Ghost King saw the vortex, he was scared half to death and turned to flee.

"Damn it, I knew you’d try to run!" Shen Lang shot out his left hand and grabbed the Ghost King.
