At some unknown point in time, the number of Wolf Bandits in the Heaven Dou Empire had significantly decreased.

The terrain of the Heaven Dou Empire consisted of central and western plains. Rivers flowed from east to west, nurturing fertile soil—this was the region where Heaven Dou City and several core provinces were located.
