Georgia Thorne’s heart leaped in fright, and her panic intensified. "Don’t come any closer!"

"If I don’t come over, how are we supposed to have our fun tonight?"

Having been slapped, Keith Larkin only seemed more excited. He twisted his fingers into Georgia Thorne’s long hair and yanked hard. "Tonight, I won’t let you go, even if you scream yourself hoarse."

The first half of his sentence was gentle; the second half was perverse.

"Help! Is anyone there!" Georgia Thorne screamed as she watched the man close in on her.

"My buddies are standing guard outside. Who do you think is going to come in?" Keith Larkin said dismissively, grabbing Georgia Thorne’s hair and pulling it close to his ear.

"You’ll regret this." Georgia Thorne bit her lip. ’If I had known it would turn out like this, I would have rather died than come here with Amanda Thorne.’

Through the door, Elliot Sheridan pinpointed the source of the sounds.

As for Zane, the moment he saw Elliot Sheridan, he didn’t dare fight back. He just stood aside, trembling.

A smirk played on Owen Sawyer’s lips. They had turned back just as they were about to exit the elevator.

’Looks like the boss and this lady from the hotel are quite fated after all.’

Elliot Sheridan’s face was dark, his black eyes glaring at the door as he lifted his foot and kicked it with all his might.

He didn’t need to look to imagine the sordid scene unfolding inside.

The flimsy door was kicked open, slamming into the frail Keith Larkin.

He fell onto Georgia Thorne, who frantically shoved the man off her.

Keith Larkin spun around. "Which son of a bitch dares to ruin my fun!"

However, the moment he saw Elliot Sheridan’s face, his legs went weak with fear, and he collapsed to the ground. "Elliot... Elliot Sheridan..."

’It’s... it’s really him...’

Georgia Thorne had hoped someone would come to her rescue, but she had never expected it to be Elliot Sheridan.

"Get out!" Elliot Sheridan’s voice was grim. His gaze sharpened, and Keith Larkin scrambled to his feet, stumbling out with Zane.

Embarrassed, Georgia Thorne looked down, averting her gaze and covering her chest with her hands.

Even so, her torn clothes could no longer cover her body.

"Can you walk?"

She shook her head.

Like a gentleman, Elliot Sheridan bent down, wrapped an arm around her waist, and swept Georgia Thorne up into his arms.

As they passed down a long corridor, she caught a glimpse of Amanda Thorne. Startled, she quickly buried her face in Elliot Sheridan’s chest.

She tried to press herself closer, completely unaware that the man’s body had stiffened.

At the hotel room door, Owen Sawyer hastily swiped the key card to open it.

Elliot Sheridan looked down at the restless woman in his arms, his eyes growing darker.

Her eyes were hazy, and she kept rubbing against his body. He realized there was something she’d failed to mention.

She’d been drugged, and it had already taken effect.

Once the door was open, Owen Sawyer tactfully withdrew from the room.

Elliot Sheridan carried Georgia Thorne straight into the bathroom and placed her in the bathtub.

"So cool." Finding the tub’s surface cooler than Elliot Sheridan’s body, Georgia Thorne pressed her entire body against it.

With hazy eyes, Georgia Thorne looked at the man beside her.

The light overhead was too glaring for her to see his face clearly. She reached out, grabbed his suit trousers, and giggled foolishly. "This is nice and cool."

A few times, Georgia Thorne found it too cold and struggled to get out, but Elliot Sheridan held her down firmly by the shoulders.

The struggle went on for over an hour.

Her face was no longer abnormally flushed, gradually turning pale. He knew the effects of the drug must have passed.
