"He’s Lin Hao?!" Upon hearing this, the wicked smile vanished from Marquis Mo’s face. A look of shock flashed in his eyes as he spoke in astonishment.

Even Marquis Mo had heard the name Lin Hao. His exploits had long since crossed Jumo Ridge and spread to the borderlands of the Mo Yun Kingdom.

"That’s right," Yunxi nodded.

"If he’s offended two of the empire’s great families and the royal family, doesn’t that mean he has no foothold left in Cangnan? We should try to win over a person like him." After the initial shock, a gleam flashed in Marquis Mo’s eyes as he spoke in a low voice.

Yunxi shook her head. "It’s useless. This Lin Hao is proud and untamable; he can’t be subdued."

"A Martial Artist’s path is all about fame, fortune, and status. As long as the price is right, no one can refuse the temptation!" The wicked smile returned to Marquis Mo’s face as he spoke with utter confidence.
