My Kitsune System

As the morning came, Dan was already up and running. He wanted to increase his stat. He didn't really know what the god games entailed but he was sure that he needed all the stats he could get and apart. He wanted to avoid using skills that will drain his life essence.

He was almost done with the quest. He stopped to take a bit of rest. With his hands on his legs, Dan kept panting. He could feel his throat burn.... He was thirsty for water.... Beads of sweat ran down his forehead. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢

Dan then raised his to look up ahead, the distance wasn't to far away for him to complete his quest. He just needed to push a bit more and he would be done.

Dan was done with his quest. He was now in the shower. When he was done, he decided to bring up his stat.

[Attributes]

- Strength: 16

- Speed: 15

- Agility: 19

- Intelligence: 14

- Spirit: 18

Dan viewed the stat, though it was growing at a steady pace. He wasn't to amused with it. He starred at something else. It was..... his level.

Level 0: 10/15

Dan kept starring at it.

How am I to elevate the levels? Divine embers, I think. But how am I to get those? He thought to himself as he readied himself to leave.

Today was quite a good day, as he didn't have much classes. He decided to then head to the field as he wanted to be alone and he didn't really want to be with anyone. As he got closer....

He kept a hearing a banging resounding sound from within the field. He decided to check it out. And there he saw the quiet guy. It was Ryan, who shot at the post from a far distance. But he kept missing every time.

Dan couldn't understand how someone could be that bad that he kept missing and hitting the same spot every time.

The same spot! Every time?

At that point it had now finally dawned on Dan it wasn't that he was too bad or that he couldn't score.

He decided not to.

But if he is that good, why doesn't he play?

Dan decided to sit and observe him... For about thirty minutes more Ryan kept on with the same thing.

Ryan stopped only when he had gotten tired. He then picked up his stuff and started to leave the field.

Dan didn't really understand what was going on...

Wasn't he the same person who had a kind of different glow on him. Maybe I should....

Dan activated his spirit sight... but immediately he did... Ryan was gone.

Only his sports gear was still there....

A notification from the system popped

Threat detected!!!

"I thought I was the only one within this school" Dan heard a voice come from behind.

"The other day I thought it was a mistake but it seems I wasn't wrong at all... you are different, aren't you?"

Dan was loss of words and just stared.

As Dan stood, he could see Ryan's hands pulsating. A kind of dark energy grew within it.

"So, who are you?" the words sipped out of Ryan's mouth.

"Dan?" were the words that left Dan's mouth.

But before he could finish. The fist pulsating with dark energy was already upon him.

Dan could see the fist coming, as he looked at it approach. He knew one thing was sure... that if those fists made direct contact with him. He was good as gone.

Dan then decided to weave to the side. Ducking out of the fist way. He then decided to activate his spirit sight.

He could now see the golden energy flowing all round Ryan's body....

With most of it concentrated on his fist.

I need to get away from here.... He will kill me... if I don't

Dan thought as he looked towards the door out of the field. He just needs Ryan to make one mistake and then he could dart away from here. At least in public Ryan might not really do anything.

Again, another barrage of attacks came for Dan. He was able to evade them because he could see the flow of Ryan's energy.

Dan took some steps away from Ryan.

"Can we at least talk?... I really don't know why you are attacking me..." Dan said...

Ryan then stopped he now stared at Dan.

Huh finally.... I got him to stop Dan thought to himself... But then as he blinked...

Ryan was no more there again. Instead, Dan was met with the fist of Ryan in his belly. The brutal impact twisted his innards. If not because he had not eaten this afternoon, he would have thrown up the food he had eaten.

Dan could feel himself losing consciousness but he knew something like that happening now would actually be the death of him. There wouldn't even be a body of him left.

Dan then braced himself. He then grabbed unto Ryan's hand. He gripped it as hard as he could. Dan's fist then tightened. He didn't know much about fighting but then he was sure a hard blow to the ribs should hurt.

Possibly make Ryan stagger too....

His fist flew and landed in-between Ryan's ribs. The force was so strong that it sent shivers down Dan's fist.

Dan had actually put in all his 16-strength stat into it.

Crack!!!

He had heard some bones actually crack.

A new notification then popped up....

Host is gravely injured. Dan then looked down at his fist. He could se that his bones were now in an awkward position.

He was now running on adrenaline.... So, the pain hadn't hit yet... But the pain was the least of his problems.

But it was the rapid movement of the energy within Ryan that now really scared him....

The quantity of the energy had also increased.... Ryan's body seemed to also start glowing now... it was a giving off a kind of golden radiance.....

His hair had also charged it was kind of fiery... his nose had turned to a kind of furnace... with smoking fumes always coming out...

Dan's heart beat began to grow...

What do I do?
