The bandit leader roared, brandishing his long saber. His subordinates unleashed their battle aura, charging forward with high morale!

The knights quickly shielded Yoen, drawing their swords to meet the enemy. Silver-white battle aura shimmered on their blades, and their warhorses reared up, charging fiercely towards the enemies.

“Engage!”

Two knights bore the brunt of the attack, their battle aura erupting, their sword blades glowing faintly as they swung at the charging bandits.

The sharp sword energy directly cut down the two approaching figures, sending them flying, blood splattering onto the muddy mountain path.

However, these bandits were no ordinary foes; most of them were berserkers who had cultivated battle aura!

A burly bandit leader swung his great axe, dark blue battle aura swirling around him, sweeping it out with immense force.

He actually knocked a knight and his horse directly to the ground.

Yoen tried to calm himself and give commands, but the situation was already out of control.

Though the knights were brave, their coordination was poor, and they were outnumbered. They were quickly torn through by the bandits.

Yoen watched helplessly as his knight was struck down by the bandit leader's axe, who then charged towards him. His heart trembled violently.

Upon hearing this, Yoen completely panicked.

Suddenly, a loud bang echoed from the mountain path in the distance!

Immediately after, the heavy sound of hooves accompanied by deafening roars rapidly approached.

“Charge!”

Like a spear of thunder, they pierced fiercely into the battlefield!

Yoen instantly spotted Louis commanding from the rear, his black hair fluttering in the wind.

Louis appeared like a legendary hero, stepping on seven-colored clouds, making Yoen so emotional he cried!

Louis ignored him, his gaze fixed on the enemy. With a single command, he ordered, “Attack!”

The knight squad led by Louis was completely different from Yoen's team.

They had undergone long-term training and now coordinated seamlessly. They had also prepared an ambush, not rushing to rescue, but waiting until the enemy relaxed their guard and their own side was in the most danger before striking.

They delivered the most fatal blow to the bandits!

The surviving descendants hid in the wilderness, accumulating strength, vowing that one day they would have their blood debt repaid.

“So it was them.” Louis nodded thoughtfully, then slowly walked towards the captives.

When the group saw him approach, burning anger ignited in their eyes: “Dogs of the Empire... One day, all of you will repay your blood debt!”

“Kill us, then, one day, you will be buried in this land...”
