Bochang, who had been captivated by the rolling white clouds and star ferries weaving through them, paused and looked down to the side.

Before him stood a charming little girl with long lilac hair and blue eyes.

Actually, calling her a "little girl" might not be entirely accurate; she was more akin to a young loli. Her age seemed similar to Hook's.

She had horns atop her head and a tail behind her.

Her name was Bailu, from Xianzhou Vidyadhara, a subspecies of dragon lineage.

This race could not reproduce through traditional childbirth. Instead, upon death, they transformed into eggs to continue their existence, akin to a samsara rebirth.

However...this unique form of rebirth caused individuals of Vidyadhara to forget their loved ones, embarking on entirely new lives.

Due to this peculiar trait, once an immortal Aeon - specifically a dragon - died, the population of Vidyadhara ceased to increase. They only dwindled continuously due to various unforeseen incidents, with no means to replenish their numbers.

"Are you...talking to me?" Bochang pointed at himself, unsure.

Bailu placed her hands on her hips, causing the gourd hanging at her waist to rattle audibly, suggesting it contained a significant amount of liquid.

"I'm Bailu, a healer from the Alchemy Commission," the adorable dragon girl said, her tail wagging incessantly behind her, tempting one to playfully twirl it around.

The Alchemy Commission was one of the six divisions within Luofu Immortal Continent, akin to the Sky-Faring Commission.

The other four divisions were the Cloud Knights, Divination Commission, Artisanship Commission, Realm-Keeping Commission, and the hidden Ten-Lords Commission overseeing life and death matters.

Bochang had reviewed the information provided by Dan Heng, making him familiar with these details.

The Alchemy Commission essentially served as Luofu Immortal Continent's hospital.

"Do you have acquaintances on Luofu Immortal Continent...?" Stelle glanced at Bochang, who shook his head and quipped, "How did you guess I know someone there?"

"Otherwise, why would this little one seek you out?"

Stelle blinked, her gaze shifting between Bochang and Bailu.

The two figures, one tall and one small, observed each other intently.

After a moment of silence, Bochang simply stated, "I don't know."

Bailu had no immediate response; it seemed as if scrutinizing them from the front wasn't enough. She began circling around them, observing closely with her delicate hand resting on her chin and brows furrowed, occasionally shaking her head. Her adorable face displayed a puzzled expression, leaving others unsure what she was contemplating.

This scene caught the attention of the nearby Cloud Knights.

"Isn't that Lady Bailu?"

"Yes... What brings Lady Bailu here?"

"Did she sneak out again?"

"Should we notify the Alchemy Commission?" The Cloud Knights whispered among themselves, feeling somewhat puzzled. 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺

Usually, "Lady Bailu" preferred strolling through secluded areas. What brought her to the outskirts of the Palace of Astrum today? Was she concerned the Cloud Knights might not be able to keep up with her?

"Um... Bailu, what are you doing here? Do I have some mysterious ailment?" Bochang couldn't help but inquire.

Being scrutinized by this Medicine-Bearing Dragon Girl, renowned for curing ailments, made Bochang feel the gazes of nearby Cloud Knights and Xianzhou citizens shifting subtly.

What kind of look was that...

Initially filled with surprise, it swiftly turned into pity, ultimately morphing into expressions akin to, "Hang in there, buddy, stay strong."

This made Bochang's skin crawl as if ants were crawling all over him.

To be honest, Bochang felt quite healthy; why would he have any mysterious ailments?
