Ferocious Spirits represent the ultimate in evil spirits that Hospital 444 can barely treat and control. Only real ace doctors are in charge of, or even perform surgery on, patients cursed by Ferocious Spirits.

The most terrifying case of ferocious spirit curses on record is The Twenty-seven Ghost Buddhas of the Blood Lotus Temple, which still terrifies people to this day. It’s a dangerously cursed object that only the Dean’s authorization can unleash, representing the extreme limit of Ferocious Spirits and the nightmare of all doctors.

They cruelly hunted and killed people of color, who bore no grudge nor enmity toward her parents, and hanged or burned them alive just because of their race and skin color. Even in the 21st century, after her father died, her mother would still crazily shoot and kill people of color.
