Everyone In The Universe Is My Food Fan

The high heat brought the water in the pot to a boil, and all parts of the duck that could be used were thrown in.

The high temperature caused the duck’s skin to contract rapidly, and the slightly red meat gradually turned snow white. Jiang Qiuqiu immediately prepared a large bucket of ice water.

Soon, a layer of white foam floated on the surface of the pot, “After boiling out the blood foam, we can fish out all the meat.”

“Why put it in ice water? Because this alternation of hot and cold makes the bird’s meat firmer and more textured.”

She blanched two large pots of duck, skillfully chatting with the barrage as she worked.

The overall atmosphere was quite warm, and more and more viewers stayed.

The meat was quickly processed, and next came the  vegetables, “In the process of making braised dishes, besides meat, you can also add some vegetables.”

“They won’t get too soft; we just need to control the heat properly.”

“The vegetables I’ve prepared are potatoes, watercress, radishes, and seaweed.” In the interstellar era, most vegetables are named the same as before, except for this watercress, named “watercress” by the Agricultural Research Institute.

As time passed, the braising liquid gradually warmed up. Jiang Qiuqiu had previously used it to ‘awaken’ the meat once, so there was a faint  meaty flavor in the broth, not strong but quite charming.

It was starting to feel a bit like a food live stream here.

With the front work all prepared, the next steps were wild. Using a large ladle, all the dishes were thrown into the big iron pot, the heat turned from low to medium, a handful of chili flakes were sprinkled in, the bright red chili peppers were quite pleasing, and then Jiang Qiuqiu covered the pot.

Making braised dishes is like fermentation. As long as you have everything prepared beforehand, time and heat will naturally ripen them into the most delicious food.

The iron pot conducted heat quickly, and gradually, there was the sound of bubbling in the air.

The small kitchen was filled with the aroma of braised food, so rich that Jiang Qiuqiu had to open the window.

The aroma also spread to the screen, and countless people subconsciously felt hungry.

“Alright, let’s not talk too much. In the remaining time, I want to make some drinks for everyone because today’s dishes are spicy, drinking some chilled beverages will enhance the experience.”

Then, she brought out a large box of fruit.

There were watermelons, apples, oranges, and lemons, all good for making  juice.

The juicing itself wasn’t much to look at, but watching Jiang Qiuqiu juice was quite mesmerizing; all her movements were uniform, and her hands seemed tireless.

The fruit knife easily split the apples, and the fruit was thrown into the machine. Soon, cup after cup of juice was placed on the table. Jiang Qiuqiu’s side was accompanied by a humanoid assistant robot that appeared out of nowhere, helping her put ice cubes in the cups.

Soon, there was a variety of  fruit juices in front of her.

At the same time, there was a dripping sound from the sealed food container.

She raised an eyebrow, had the robot move the things out, and then opened the lid.

Later, everyone summarized the most spectacular scenes in Jiang Qiuqiu’s live room: heating the pot and opening the lid.

Every aroma was a direct hit on people’s spirits.

In the rich aroma, in the spicy atmosphere, rows of bowls were neatly arranged by the robot.

Jiang Qiuqiu, holding a long spoon, began to serve the dishes.

Watching Jiang Qiuqiu serve the dishes in the barrage, crazy people were claiming their ‘exclusive dishes’, while Jiang Qiuqiu smiled off-camera.

It’s all about being different.

Holding different things in your hands is very beneficial for communication with each other.
