My Last Wish Is to open a Restaurant with Miss Villainess

"Put both of your hands in front of your stomach, guys. Here, follow me!"

"Can I reads book while working?"

"A-am I doing it right?"

We were currently training the maids on how to work.

However, since our restaurant theme is equality and uniqueness of disparity, we wouldn’t set a standard for our maids. Which also means we couldn’t just tell them to follow their seniors or something like that. Instead, we would need to polish their attractive points through deliberate training.

And for that, we would need to know them more and see how they work.

Tizmilly, my mother, Timmy, and I are now sitting on the chairs arranged on the first floor like real customers while Carole and the maids are trying to serve us.

Carole, as expected, had determined her direction toward the arrogant and graceful maid. Her movement is swift and carries responsibility, but she isn’t as stiff as a normal maid.

Carrying a tray on which a cup of water and the menu were placed, she approached me with an apathetic face.

"Here, customer, pick one quickly, please. I still have others to serve."

’Not too rude, but still as fresh as needed. Ah, you understood it, Carole!’

After clearing my throat, I also took my role seriously. I impatiently snatched the cup and the menu out of the tray.

"Get me one medium salad plus a beef, quick."

In response, Carole wrinkled her face a little while raising her right palm before her face in an attempt to cover it.

"Don’t hurry me. Be patient, and you’ll get your orders."

"HAH? I don’t have time to—"

"Then what about it, if you shut your mouth as I said and wait patiently, but still couldn’t get your orders timely, we’ll give a bonus."

Of course, since it is just a training, we wouldn’t actually serve food here. We were just trying to test how the maids handle troublesome customers.

I couldn’t help but clap for her after that.

"Oh, that’s a brilliant tactic, Carole! Great work!"

"Y-you think so, sir? Ahaha..."

From what I see, Carole had mastered her role about 60 to 70%. She could immediately serve an actual customer with no problem, as it seems.

As for others...

"E-exuse me, my lady, but your payment is not enough."

"Y-you sure about that? Wasn’t that just your miscalculation? Wh-why don’t you recount the money again to make sure that you aren’t miscalculating?"

"E-eh... B-but..."

It’s worrying to watch how Sirry always looked like she was about to passed out anytime, but her expression tells me that she is determined and wouldn’t give up that easy. And Tizmilly, why are you even looking nervous? Was acting really stressed you out that badly?

"Don’t brought book while working! It would not only hinder you, but it also wouldn’t look good when paired with the uniform!

"That’s right, Sis Gerena... Uh... Look at my sister! A maid should be way more... Graceful! Like nobles!"

"Eh... Hm, then what if I wrap the book with a fancy cover?"

They somehow ended up advising Gerena on how to make her book look like a proper thing a maid would bring with her.

They all have their own styles. That’s good. As long as we focused to train their advantages, we could transform them into ideal maids I have in mind.

We spent the rest of the day training the maids. We taught Sirry how to control herself properly so that she wouldn’t really pass out while working, and found a way so that Gerena could read her book while working, but with a set of limits she shouldn’t cross in order to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant.

We then let them go home when the day started to get dark with their uniforms and some cookies my mother had made.

The next day, we continued the training.

We teach them how to cook, how to clean the restaurant while the place is full of people, how to protect themselves with simple and memorable punch and kick moves, and so on.

We spend day by day teaching them while continuing to decorate and arrange the place.

In the end, we have 8 tables with 4 chairs each on the first floor and 10 small tables with 2 chairs each on the second floor. Maximally, we could serve 52 people at once with this. That’s more than we expected, actually. And since we arranged the tables quite far from each other to avoid making the place feel crowded, we could actually serve more people if we want.

Our Miss Villainess shot that idea though. She said it is already good this way. If we squeezed it even further, the customers wouldn’t like it. It was more so if we wanted to also attract some rich people.

Our decorations were mostly plantation and nature. I even drew a picture of veiny leaves on one side of the wall on the first floor to enhance the theme. Before Mother Nature, everyone is the same and equal, after all.

Then, after three weeks of postponement since I stated the idea, we officially opened the restaurant.

Above the door of the place, we put a huge sign that read ’Tiz & Roosts’.

That’s the name of our restaurant.

The place I created to wait peacefully for the ultimate end of the world.
