The man named Barad, their blades locked together, spoke.

At times, the Sword of Judgment distinguished truth from falsehood.

It had to. Otherwise, how could it know whether the king before it was genuine or false?

And now the Sword of Judgment declared that there was not even the slightest lie in Barad’s words.
