Chapter 44: Could it be that Emma has some sort of antivirus serum in her body?

Seeing Alex suddenly appear, a flash of shock passed through Emma’s eyes.

Then, she didn’t move randomly, nor did she pay attention to the rope tied around her, calmly saying, “10086, it’s useless for you to capture me.”

“Although the blueprints are on me, if you kill me, you can open my backpack. But let me tell you, I have a backup of the video with my dad. If I die, he will definitely release the video.”

Emma looked at the hickey under Alex’s neck, speechless.

She didn’t expect that the so-called hickey was actually created by sucking out one bruise after another with the mouth.

She had always innocently thought they were bite marks.

After all, she hadn’t tried it herself…

Alex pulled up the collar of his shirt and said seriously, “Come clean. What’s the real reason you’re not afraid of zombie infection?”

However, Emma still refused to speak up.

Just then, footage from the drone overhead showed a group of people heading their way.

Alex frowned, “The people you called?”

Emma suddenly gained confidence and replied naturally, “Who else?”

Now, her teammates had arrived.

Alex sighed, silently put on a mask and a baseball cap, and patiently waited.

Soon, the group approached.

At the forefront was a middle-aged man, elegant and naturally exuding an air of literacy.
