Elias and his friends thought it was just a storm—everyone at Avonside University did. But when the clouds finally cleared, the sky wasn’t the same anymore. The city lights were gone, and everything beyond the campus had vanished, replaced by a vast mountain wilderness.

Things only get worse when Elias is torn from his friends and transformed into something completely unrecognizable. Now going by the name Ryn, she’s left to navigate this strange new world on her own.
