Synopsis

Song Jiulai is transported to a cultivation world, only to become the only heir of a tiny sect that's on the verge of collapse. With no money, no spirit stones, and almost no resources, the sect is so poor that even stray dogs would ignore it. Just when all hope seems lost, she awakens a Sect Development System. It promises to make her stronger—as long as she can rebuild the sect into a powerful force. The problem? It doesn't even provide a single spirit stone to get started. Luckily, the System gives her one unexpected advantage: she can recruit disciples from other worlds, as long as they willingly join and she never reveals the truth behind the System. Then Song Jiulai comes up with a brilliant idea... On Earth, a brand-new VR cultivation game called **Starting with a Broken Sect** begins its closed beta with only 50 spots available. Everyone laughs at the ridiculous ads claiming it's a real virtual reality experience—until players discover it's unlike anything they've ever seen. What starts as "just a game" quickly turns into a worldwide obsession. Players use modern technology to solve cultivation problems, turning science into a weapon against immortal cultivators. But as the lines between the game and reality begin to blur, one question remains... Why are people suddenly able to fly on swords in the real world?
