Atlas was born in the outer slums of Ormolio, a place where commoners were treated as disposable.

So when an Eternal-Class Ruin appeared for the first time in a thousand years, the Royal faction needed someone to enter first and face whatever horrors waited inside.

They didn't send a noble.

They didn't send an elite warrior.

They sent Atlas.

He was never expected to come back alive.

His job was simple: awaken the Boss Monster and die.

But fate had other plans.

Deep within the ruins, Atlas discovers an ancient relic known as the **Bloodbound Codex**, along with the mysterious **Sanguis Stylus**.

Unlike ordinary treasures, the Codex doesn't grant him power directly.

Instead, it allows him to write his own growth.

Strength.

Stamina.

Agility.

Spirit.

And eventually, even bloodlines, talents, and traits beyond his understanding.

But everything comes at a price.

The Codex feeds on blood.

The stronger the blood, the greater the rewards. Monster blood can be absorbed, and some creatures leave behind unique traits that Atlas can permanently make his own.

Suddenly, monsters are no longer just enemies.

They are resources.

And ruins become the key to his rise.

Believing him dead, the Royal family and the nobles quickly forget about the commoner they sacrificed.

But Atlas survives.

Keeping the secrets of the Bloodbound Codex hidden, he leaves Ormolio behind and begins growing stronger in the shadows, exploring ruins and gathering power far beyond anyone's imagination.

He has no desire to serve nobles.

No interest in becoming someone else's weapon.

Never again will he allow himself to be used and thrown away.

For now, Atlas only seeks three things.

Power.

Knowledge.

And a chance to leave behind the miserable life he was born into.

But one day, when he is strong enough…

He will return.
